CRM providers Flightdeck launched their new interactive and feature-packed website today, four months after re-branding.
Having traded as Software Sculptors since the company was founded in 2001, Managing Director Peter Wiggins decided to trade under new product name Flightdeck in October 2007.
Carl Jones Design were chosen to re-brand and create the new Flightdeck website and brochure as their cutting-edge designs and strong ideas provide a perfect showcase for Flightdeck’s latest brand identity.
“We want to provide a website that really supports our customers, informs visitors to the site and instills complete confidence in the Flightdeck brand”,
said Peter Wiggins, Managing Director and brain-child of Flightdeck.
“Being a technical company, the website transformation was essential for creating a backbone for customers and prospects to rely upon. Consumers are becoming increasingly dependent on the internet to source their suppliers and maintain relationships with”.
New features of the website include news of upcoming events, a FAQ area which can be added to by the visitor, several new case studies based on local Shropshire companies, details of partnerships, information about CRM and the Flightdeck process, and Free Online Demonstrations and Call Backs that can be requested with the click of a button.
“We hope to achieve a more informative website that is intuitive and interesting to the reader”, added Peter.
“For our customers, we hope that they will find value in the FAQ and Support page, which describes details of future releases of Flightdeck and provides an area for support queries”.
“For everybody else we anticipate the new look website to be exciting, easy to interpret and distinguished in style,” he added.
A Chance to Vastly Increase Business Productivity.
This is exactly what Business owners, Directors and Sales Managers are being encouraged to do by attending a series of complimentary Executive Briefings being run by the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce. The event is on the 26th February at the Chamber Of Commerce Herefordshire & Worcestershire, Severn House , Prescott Drive, Warndon Business Park, Worcester WR4 9NE. It will feature a morning seminar starting at 10.00am to 12.30pm “Break the Rules and Close More Business” and an afternoon seminar, 1.30pm to 3.00pm, “Manage Relationships & Double Your Turnover”.
The presenter for “Break the Rules and Close More Business” is Mark Wormald, a local sales guru, of The Sandler Sales Institute. Mark was Sandler UK’s sales trainer of the year last year. He helps Directors and Business owners to move to the next level by delivering brand new sales strategies and tactics that can be implemented immediately.
“Business owners can often feel frustrated that they or their employees just aren’t opening enough new business opportunities and are not getting in front of enough well qualified prospects. They are worried that they’re giving away far too much valuable information for free but getting very little back by way of commitment from prospects” said Mark. “We also find that it’s usually a case of owners and employees feeling uncomfortable making cold calls” he added.
The afternoon seminar, “Manage Relationships & Double Your Turnover” is presented by Peter Wiggins whose company provides Customer Relationship Management Solutions through its highly effective Flightdeck Software.
“It’s not uncommon for companies to be concerned that they may be losing customers to their competitors just as quickly as they are gaining new ones. They are often frustrated that although their business is growing, they feel they are being held back because they haven't got all the information they need at their fingertips” said Peter. “Some feel embarrassed that when someone rings in, their staff might not be able to differentiate between one of their best customers and someone they’ve never spoken to before – they don’t feel in control of everything that happens and often feel distracted with a general feeling of disorganisation and mountains of paperwork” he added.
